The film is applied to encapsulate solar cells. It is not adhesive at room temperature to ease operation. A novel heat cured hot-melt film, it makes permanent and adhesive tight seal through
cross linking and enhanced bonding when the film is heated and pressed. The solar cell encapsulated by this film has been tested and applied outdoors for 20 years. Many applications were
gained in National Light Engineering in 2002.
